Ready-To-Ship products are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.
Select smaller items will ship anywhere in Canada free of charge. Please refer to individual product pages for eligibility.
Larger items will be locally delivered at no additional cost within 120 km from our Vancouver showroom location. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine if you qualify for local delivery.
For all other locations and out-of-province orders, products are considered made-to-order and ship directly from the manufacturer’s facility free of charge. Specific manufacturer lead times apply and can range anywhere from 1-16 weeks. We do our best to update lead times on all our made-to-order products displayed at checkout.

At this time, ready-to-ship inventory is only eligible for local delivery within a 120km radius of our Vancouver showroom location. Products delivered beyond 120km are Made-To-Order and ship directly from the manufacturers' facilities free of charge.

We offer Free Shipping in Canada on most orders. Exceptions include deliveries to some rural locations (please see our remote delivery policy), and orders under $100 which are subject to a $20 handling fee.
We will do our best to fulfill your order based on our standard domestic shipping policy; however, some areas are significantly more expensive for us to ship and deliver to than others, so an additional surcharge may apply if your address falls outside of our normal delivery range. Remote delivery surcharges apply for destinations with a distance of 160km or greater outside of major urban centres. We will contact you prior to applying any additional shipping surcharges.

In some cases items may be out of stock or made-to-order based on your selection.
If the ‘Add to cart’ button has been replaced with a ‘Pre-order’ button, this indicates that the product or variant is currently out of stock, but that it can be pre-ordered. We will order the item from the supplier for you, and either ship it to you or let you know when it's available for pickup once it arrives.
We accept pre-orders on all items for sale on shop.livingspace.com.
Standard lead times for our suppliers can be found by clicking here. If an item is back-ordered and not going to be available within these time frames, we will contact you with an ETA and give you the option to change or cancel your order.
