The 1966 Collection Dining Chai Designed by Richard Schultz for Florence Knoll’s home in Florida, the 1966 Collection (originally called the Leisure Collection), was the first outdoor furniture collection that enthusiasts of modern design could describe as “a breath of fresh air.” The clean lines, scale, and proportions were all carefully considered to stay relevant with changing design aesthetics. Engineered to incorporate the best modern materials for durability, the collection’s elegance and silhouette were not compromised, maintaining a strong architectural presence in any outdoor environment.
